Getting help
This site is not an emergency service and nobody is watching it. Call 911 or follow your district's safety protocol. For a legal question, call your board attorney. Come back here afterward.
Using the tool
It says it could not load content. The tool has to be opened from its web address, not from a copy saved to your computer. Open first48.edushare.it in a browser. Once it has loaded there a single time, it will keep working on that device without a connection.
Nothing is saved. Ever. If you close the page or press Start over, your answers are gone, by design. If you want to keep an action sheet, print it, or use your browser's print dialog to save it as a PDF. Do that before you close the page.
Changing an answer. Every question and its answer is listed at the top of the page, both while you are answering and on the finished sheet. Press Change beside any of them. During the questions, you will be returned to where you were once you have chosen; on the sheet, the sheet rewrites itself in place.
Printing. Use the Print this action sheet button at the bottom. The sheet prints on one or two pages. The Change links, the navigation, and the privacy notice are left off the printed copy.
Putting it on your phone. On an iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the share button, and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install or Add to Home Screen from the menu. It will open like an app and work with no signal.
Adopting it in your district. There is nothing to install, nothing to license, and no data to review. Share the address with your principals. If you would like a walkthrough for a leadership team, ask using the contact below.
Reporting a problem
Because the tool records nothing, nobody can see what you saw. A useful report carries it. Include which incident type you chose, the answers you gave, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the device and browser you were using. A screenshot helps more than a description.
Suggesting a correction
Every branch is written as a document and reviewed by counsel before it ships, and several carry further review. Corrections go through the same process, so a suggestion that names the branch, the section letter, and the specific sentence — and says what is wrong with it and why — can be acted on. A general impression cannot. If you are an attorney, a school safety professional, or a Holocaust educator and you have read a branch closely, that reading is exactly what the review process is for. Say so.
Contact details that are out of date
Each organisation in the call lists shows the date its details were last confirmed. If you reach a dead number or a changed address, report it with the organisation's name and the date shown. Entries are re-verified every year, and sooner when someone reports a change.
Contact
Replies come from a person, not a system, and not instantly. If your question cannot wait, see the notice at the top of this page.
